With rooms that have very comfortable beds, you'll be sure to get a good night's sleep after a long journey. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, like the receptionist who made a double bed out of two singles with an extra mattress. Additionally, the range of TV channels and the comfortable lounge area are added bonuses that add to the overall pleasant stay.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was comfortable and cozy. We appreciated the well-presented rooms, which were very clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good, with a great range of options. We also liked that we could make our own coffee and tea, and that the hotel was located close to the train station, making it easy to get around.
We were disappointed by the lack of other guests and staff during our stay. The common areas were closed and we had to retrieve our key from a safe.

There was no one to clean the room each day. the facilities and staff were quite limited, leaving the hotel feeling eerie and empty at times.
